  • The letting period is from Saturday to Saturday, arrival not before 4pm, departure by 10am
  • A deposit of £100 per week is to be paid within one week of booking, and the balance due is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival
  • Please make all cheques payable to "Achaneich Properties "
  • Cancellation for any reason leaves the tenant liable unless the building can be re-let
  • Tenant is liable for making good any damage or loss in the building during the period of let
  • Properties are let for holiday accommodation under the rent act Scotland 1984 section 2 (1) (a)
  • Electricity is by meter and will be jointly read by the tenant and owner at the beginning and end of the visit. Current tariffs wil be displayed on the notice board
  • Both properties are non-smoking inside
  • We do not accept dogs
